Narcos Location Scout Carlos Muñoz Portal Found Dead in Mexico

by Dave Quinn and Jessica Fecteau @ PEOPLE.com

Carlos Muñoz Portal — a Mexican location scout who had a slew of high-profile credits to his name including SpectreSicario, and Fast & Furious — was found dead on Monday in a rural area of Mexico known for gang-related drug violence while scouting for locations for the upcoming fourth season of Netflix’s hit show Narcos, according to multiple reports.

“We are aware of the passing of Carlos Muñoz Portal, a well-respected location scout, and send our condolences to his family,” a Netflix spokesman told PEOPLE in a statement. “The facts surrounding his death are still unknown as authorities continue to investigate.”

The 37-year-old ‘s body was found riddled with gunshot wounds in a car in a remote area near the borders of Hidalgo state, El País de España reported in Spanish. Given the lack of witnesses, authorities told the paper they are having trouble piercing together the circumstances that lead to his killing — unaware whether he was killed while fleeing to Hidalgo or from Hidalgo.

According to Variety, Hidalgo had the highest murder rate in Mexico. In July, 182 cases of homicide were reported in the densely populated state, a ratio of 12.2 for every 100,000 inhabitants.

A spokesman for the Attorney General of the State of Mexico told Deadline no witnesses have been located

Narcos, which most recently handled the Colombia’s Cali cartel’s rise and fall in season 3, was preparing to shift focus on cartels in Mexico. The infamous Juárez cartel was briefly featured in the most recent season.

A graduate from the University of the Americas, Munoz has been working in the film industry for more than decade as a locations manager.

Reverse Engineering the Yelp Review Filter Algorithm

by Kevin Callen @ SeeYouSEO Search Engine Optimization

Yelp Review Filter Has Significantly Damaged (and Helped?) Local Businesses

We have heard from a very large number of disgruntled local companies that have been negatively impacted by the Yelp review filter.  The typical story is:

We got a bad review on Yelp.
We asked our clients to post (hopefully, positive) reviews on Yelp.
The good reviews get filtered and are not displayed.
Web searchers only see the bad review(s).
    We are losing business.

In an open forum like Yelp or Google+, there is no validation of legitimacy.   Would the bad reviews pass arbitration?  How many reviews are actually legitimate?  Who knows?  It really does not matter.  Open review forums are here to stay.  These forums do hurt legitimate businesses when targeted by false, fake or exaggerated reviews with a negative agenda.  At the same token, the Yelp review filter has ... Custom Mobile Applications in Washington

by decidigital @ SEO Services & Digital Marketing Agency in Washington DC

If you run a service or a business, you know how much the internet has influenced the way people provide their services or run their businesses.  The internet is a channel that has allowed businesses to reach a wider audience and a new generation of consumers that aren’t used to traditional methods of marketing.  While print, radio and TV ads are still great ways to generate leads, the internet is vast becoming the direction of the future.  Marketing efforts on the internet are fast, very low-cost and easy to execute than most traditional methods. One way to attract business and generate leads is through your website.  Most modern-day businesses and services not only capitalize by having a website that talks about the company and the products or services they provide but is functional to the point people will keep coming back to their webpage.  Web applications are so important now and the more functionality a site has, the better it is for you and your site visitors. Internet has gone mobile If you are looking to use your website as a marketing tool, one thing you need to make sure of is that it is functional and responsive even on mobile devices.  With the internet truly going mobile and more and more people access websites through mobile devices, you have to definitely consider making sure your site is mobile friendly and any application that you have on your site can run on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. But why should you consider the mobile audience? As internet is accessible almost everywhere, most people access the internet more on mobile devices than on desktop or laptop computers.  This means, that your site should be accessible, readable and overall responsive to mobile devices if you are looking to have a...

Selena Gomez Cradles Cute New Puppy in Her Arms While Stepping Out in N.Y.C. After Kidney Transplant

Selena Gomez Cradles Cute New Puppy in Her Arms While Stepping Out in N.Y.C. After Kidney Transplant

by Maria Pasquini @ PEOPLE.com

On Friday, Selena Gomez was spotted in New York City carrying her adorable new dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

Gomez was dressed casually, wearing an oversized red hoodie with fringed black sweatpants

Fans are speculating Gomez, 25, shares custody of her dog with her boyfriend, The Weeknd. Earlier this week, he posted a picture on his Instagram story of the puppy eating his shoes captioned, “not the kicks fam.”

On Sept. 2, Gomez and her boyfriend were previously seen visiting a pet store in N.Y.C. together. On Sept. 7, Gomez’s assistant Theresa Mingus was photographed holding a puppy and taking it back to Gomez’s New York City apartment.

Although Gomez has yet to make her adoption Instagram official, she has posted a video staring her puppy on her Instagram story, as has her friend, photographer Petra Collins.

Gomez is currently in New York to film the new untitled Woody Allen movie.

The 25-year-old singer and actress was back on the set of her new untitled Woody Allen project in New York City on Thursday just hours after announcing she underwent surgery this summer for a kidney transplant due to complications stemming from her lupus diagnosis.

On Thursday, Gomez revealed on social media that the reason she quietly stepped back from her career over the summer was because she was recovering from a kidney transplant.

“I’m very aware some of my fans had noticed I was laying low for part of the summer and questioning why I wasn’t promoting my new music, which I was extremely proud of,” Gomez, 25, captioned the Instagram post. “So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health.”

The “Hands to Myself” singer — who revealed in October 2015 that she was diagnosed with lupus and was undergoing chemotherapy for the autoimmune disease at the time — also shared that the donor was her longtime friend Francia Raisa, an actress best known for her role in The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

“There aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa,” Gomez wrote alongside a photo of the friends holding hands from their hospital beds as well as photos of her stomach following the surgery.

“She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed,” added Gomez. “I love you so much sis.”

A source close to Gomez told PEOPLE that her boyfriend — né Abel Tesfaye — did all he could to help his girlfriend recover after she underwent surgery following complications from the chronic autoimmune disease Lupus.

“Abel has been one of her biggest supports. She had been traveling with him on his tour and he was off during her surgery and right after during her recovery,” the insider says.

“He’s been very caring and it’s meant a lot to her to have him by her side,” the insider added.

Kevin Hart Apologizes to His Wife and Kids in Emotional Video After Alleged Extortion: ‘I’m Not Perfect’

Kevin Hart Apologizes to His Wife and Kids in Emotional Video After Alleged Extortion: ‘I’m Not Perfect’

by Maria Mercedes Lara @ PEOPLE.com

Kevin Hart is apologizing to his wife and kids after am unidentifiedperson allegedly tried to extort him for a sexually suggestive video.

Hart — who is expecting a child with wife Eniko Parrish — posted an emotional apology video on his Instagram on Saturday night, apologizing for his “mistakes” and claiming that there was someone who was trying to make “financial gain” off of his past misbehavior.

“I’m at a place in my life where I feel like I have a target on my back,” Hart, 38, said. “And because of that I should make smart decisions. And recently, I didn’t. You know, I’m not perfect. I’m not going to sit up here and say that I am or claim to be in any way shape or form. And I made a bad error in judgement and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did. And in doing that I know that I’m going to hurt the people closest to me, who’ve I talked to and apologized to, that would be my wife and my kids.

“And I just, you know, it’s a s—-y moment. It’s a s—-y moment when you know you’re wrong and there’s no excuses for your wrong behavior,” Hart continued. “At the end of the day man, I just simply have got to do better. But I’m also not going to allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes and in this particular situation that was what was attempted. I said I’d rather fess up to my mistakes.”

The Central Intelligence actor captioned the video with a message about doing “better” for his pregnant wife and his kids from a previous relationship, Hendrix and Haven Hart.

“Sending so many apologies to my wife & kids. I gotta do better and I will,” Hart wrote. “I’m not perfect and have never claimed to be …I love you all.”

According to TMZ, a woman allegedly demanded money from Hart after the pair engaged in a “sexually suggestive” video. According to the outlet it is not a sex tape.

“Someone tried to set Kevin up in a failed extortion attempt,” a rep for Hart told TMZ. “As law enforcement is involved, we cannot comment further as it could affect the investigation.”

Hart’s rep did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

RELATED VIDEO: Kevin Hart’s Ex-Wife Torrei Says He Was Cheating on Her with Current Wife Eniko Parrish

This is the third time in the past two months that Hart has addressed cheating rumors on social media. Back in July, he laughed off reports that he cheated on his wife with another woman that he met in a Miami Beach nightclub. One month later, he also addressed his ex-wife Torrei Hart’s claim that the actor and comedian was cheating on her with Parrish while they were still married.

“Going to be honest with you people, I’m at a point where I can’t even be shocked anymore. All I do is laugh man,” Hart said at the time.

SEO- An Effective Internet Marketing Strategy

by decidigital @ SEO Services & Digital Marketing Agency in Washington DC

Search Engine Optimization abbreviated as SEO is one of the most successful internet marketing strategy. The kind of rage that internet has become today with e-commerce sites and social media sites, is that people are now turning more towards Google for help than their neighbours. You need a plumber or you need some advice on parenting; you can easily search it on internet. You need guitar lessons, why go two miles for that when you can easily get it while sitting at home. Looking at the enormous customer base that internet has opened the world to,that almost all business’s, big or small, want a part of it. But, is creating a website detailing your business enough to draw customers and generate revenue? Well, with so much competition in view it doesn’t seem so. And this is where SEO services come to your help. Studies have shown that people do not read more than first 2 pages that a search engine comes up with. In fact, some browse only the first 5-6 links that a search engine query shows. Realising that these users are potential customers it becomes extremely important to be listed in that first 2 pages of a search engine’s result set. Applying techniques and strategies in such a way that your web page or website is ranked highly by a search engine is search engine optimization. These techniques can be applied by the website owner if he/she is knowledgeable enough to do so or can be outsourced through vendors who provide such SEO services. Chip and Joanna Gaines Share Their Hilarious First Date Story

Chip and Joanna Gaines Share Their Hilarious First Date Story

by Megan Stein @ PEOPLE.com

Chip and Joanna Gaines are the definition of marriage goals, but their relationship didn’t necessarily have a fairytale start.

In the first chapter of The Magnolia Storyreleased as a sneak peek today, the Fixer Upper dream team spills the details of how they met — and it wasn’t exactly love at first sight.

Joanna agreed to go out on a date with Chip after meeting him and his roommate “Hot John” — who she actually tried to approach minutes earlier, but was too shy — in the waiting room of her dad’s auto shop. She had second thoughts, however, after Chip arrived an hour and a half late to pick her up.

“He didn’t apologize for being late, either. He had so much confidence. I don’t know. I can’t explain it. Only Chip could be an hour and a half late and have no one mad about it,” Joanna writes.

The chapter continues to describe the timeline of their relationship, which didn’t actually start until months after they first went out, when Chip (in typical guy fashion) finally called Joanna back.

“I’d made a bet with Hot John to see who could hold out the longest before calling our dates back,” Chip writes “I really wanted that fifty dollars from John! That’s the only reason I didn’t call.”

After they went out a second time, the rest was history.

Marketing is an important portion of any business.  Good marketing can make or break a business so it’s important to choose the right tactic and strategy when it comes to creating an awareness of your business.  Traditional marketing tools have often used print, radio and TV as ways to create that awareness and attention to your business and therefore generate leads. Any self-respecting business will make sure to have at least print media as a marketing tool by printing brochures and flyers.  They can then be distributed in different events, conferences or in business meetings that can help generate leads and drum up awareness and attention for a business.  However, a new channel has emerged where any business has to capitalize.  This is the internet.   Marketing on the Internet The internet is a media channel that has the widest reach compared to any other media.  You can reach a world-wide audience over the internet which means you can really market not just in your local Washington, DC or even just in the US but the rest of the world.  If you have a product or service that everyone can use regardless of where you are in the world, then the internet is the place to be. The great thing about internet marketing, or also often known as digital marketing, is that it allows you to use the internet to generate awareness and sales leads for your business, regardless of where they are in the world.  Unlike traditional print, radio and TV media which has limited reach and coverage, the internet is limitless and can get your business viral easily with the right tactics and tools.   Tactics and Tools Email Marketing If you ever receive mail, you know that you will receive marketing materials to your address on a...

Nate Berkus Shares How His Entertaining Style Has Changed Since Welcoming Daughter Poppy

by Megan Stein @ PEOPLE.com

Nate Berkus is the expert on all things party planning. But since becoming a father to one-year-old daughter, Poppy, the designer’s go-to entertaining style has had a few changes.

“We entertain around her nap schedule now,” Berkus, artistic advisor for LG Studio, told PEOPLE at a breakfast on June 8, which celebrated the sleek line of high-end appliances he helped design.

But when Poppy isn’t snoozing, Berkus, 44, and husband Jeremiah Brent, 31, keep her busy with poolside play dates that are a far cry from a formal outdoor gathering.

“Our home is now filled with blow up toys from Target in the pool as opposed to margaritas,” Berkus said.

And the menu planning is even simpler.

“We throw food on the barbecue, we’ve actually even had a taco truck come once,” Berkus said. “We do put out snacks for the little ones, and they sit and throw them in the pool.”

PPC Marketing Tysons

by decidigital @ SEO Services & Digital Marketing Agency in Washington DC

Businesses need marketing to be able to survive.  You need to be able to go beyond what your competition has to offer and convince your clients and customers that you’re the best people for the job.  So a proper marketing strategy is very important especially if you run your business online. As more and more people find themselves online, marketing your product or service is no longer limited to mediums such as print media, radio or TV.  In order to catch a wider audience you need to be smart and strategic with how you market on the internet.  You need to consider who your audience is, what channels you will use to market online and make sure to be ready to change strategies in a moment’s notice.  This are all important in digital marketing. Pay-Per-Click Marketing One strategy for online or digital marketing is what we call pay-per-click marketing or commonly known as PPC Marketing.  This is definitely a strategy many companies use to attract the attention of potential customers and clients and can easily allow a business or a company earn hundreds or thousands of dollars just by increasing their reach through this method. But before we begin I guess we need to first understand what PPC is and how it works online. What is PPC? Pay-per-click marketing or PPC is a strategy by which companies create ads for themselves that can appear on various websites or search engines to increase their network reach.  Companies use specific key words so that their business site will appear after doing a search that is related to the indicated keyword.  For example, I am in the business of selling toys and collectibles.  So I could set the keyword for my PPC marketing strategy to “toys” and “collectibles” and whenever someone searches for...

Samoas in cupcake form was a thing we never knew we needed, but now it’s the only thing we can think about.

Pillsbury just unveiled Girl Scout Cookie baking mixes, which are available in Thin Mints and Caramel & Coconut – a.k.a. Samoas – flavors. The four new mixes are for baking cupcakes, brownies and blondies — unfortunately, you won’t be able to make actual Girl Scout Cookies, because that would put a lot of 7-year-olds out of business.

“Families can try out their favorite cookie flavors in the form of brownies, cupcakes, and blondies, while they wait for the real thing once a year during Girl Scout Cookie season,” said Girl Scouts of the USA chief revenue officer Barry Horowitz in a statement.

GSC loyalists are, to put it mildly, freaking out.

The mixes, now available nationwide, retail for $3.29 each — almost $2 less than what you’d pay for a box of cookies.

What is Off-Site SEO?

by MattCallen @ SeeYouSEO Search Engine Optimization

Tying it all Together

It is important, when considering how to optimize your website for search engine ranking, to recognize the difference between on-site SEO, vs. off-site SEO.  In the last blog we talked about what we do on the website itself to improve your search engine rankings, or On-Site SEO. As a Northern Virginia SEO company, SeeYouSEO works with local businesses to improve their Google, Bing, and Yahoo rankings and help them get more clients and customers. This week we are focusing on Off-Site or Off-Page SEO.

There is a common misconception that SEO is only about optimizing your website. In reality the majority of SEO work relies on Off-Site SEO.  Once your website is fully optimized with the proper keywords, alt tags, and headings, you can direct your attention to building your presence online on a wider plane. Using other ... Read More »

Amber Tamblyn Speaks Out in New Op-Ed After James Woods Called Her Accusations a Lie: ‘Women Don’t Get to Have a Side

Amber Tamblyn Speaks Out in New Op-Ed After James Woods Called Her Accusations a Lie: ‘Women Don’t Get to Have a Side

by Dave Quinn @ PEOPLE.com

Amber Tamblyn is done not being believed.

In a passionate New York Times op-ed published online Saturday, the 34-year-old actress fired back a those who question women’s accounts of harassment, abuse and sexual assault at the hands of men — while also detailing an “unsafe” experience she had with a male crew-member on the set of what appears to be CBS’ Joan of Arcadia.

Her piece came days after the actress claimed that James Woods tried to pick her up when she was just 16, allegedly inviting her to Vegas and saying “even better” when she told him she was underage.

Woods denied Tamblyn’s allegations, calling it “a lie” and forcing Tamblyn to post a text message from her friend recalling the story as proof.

But while Tamblyn felt the need to defend herself, she said the incident really sparked up a memory she had when she was 21 while starring a “very successful and beloved” TV show.

According to the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants alum, a male crew member had been making her feel “unsafe” at the time — “showing up to apartment after work unannounced, going into trailer while wasn’t in it, and staring daggers at from across the set.”

Though the two had flirted a bit when first meeting, Tamblyn was in a relationship and wasn’t interested. So disturbed by the behavior, she went to meet with a producer to report the crew member.

After hearing her account, the producer allegedly told Tamblyn, “Well, there are two sides to every story.”

That’s where Tamblyn draws the line now.

“For women in America who come forward with stories of harassment, abuse and sexual assault, there are not two sides to every story, however noble that principle might seem,” she wrote. “Women do not get to have a side. They get to have an interrogation. Too often, they are questioned mercilessly about whether their side is legitimate. Especially if that side happens to accuse a man of stature, then that woman has to consider the scrutiny and repercussions she’ll be subjected to by sharing her side.”

RELATED VIDEO: Armie Hammer Calls Out James Woods for Slamming Gay Movie Romance: You Dated a ’19-Year-Old When You Were 60′

Tamblyn first shared her story of Woods after he criticized the upcoming film Call Me By Your Name for featuring a 24-year-old grad student falling in love with his professor’s 17-year-old son. In response, Armie Hammer, who plays the older man in the film, called Woods out for dating a 19-year-old when Woods was 60. Tamblyn then responded to Hammer’s tweet and added her story.

Reflecting back on her alleged incident with him, Tamblyn explained in her Times op-ed that his accusation that she was lying sent her back “to all the days spent in the offices of men; of feeling unsure, uneasy, questioned and disbelieved, no matter the conversation.”

Still, Tamblyn is proud of herself for speaking out against Woods — and urged woman around the world to not just stop listening to men who disbelieve them, but to also stop listening to their own disbeliefs about themselves.

“I have been afraid of speaking out or asking things of men in positions of power for years,” she said. “What I have experienced as an actress working in a business whose business is to objectify women is frightening. It is the deep end of a pool where I cannot swim. It is a famous man telling you that you are a liar for what you have remembered. For what you must have misremembered, unless you have proof.”

This $18 Popcorn Popper Will Make Your Movie Night

This $18 Popcorn Popper Will Make Your Movie Night

by Liz Steelman @ PEOPLE.com

This article originally appeared on Real Simple.

What would movie night be without a big bowl of popcorn? It should be a guilt-free choice, but once you add popping oil and butter, the calories can really start to add up. Thankfully, this $18 silicone bowl is your key to a quick and healthy movie night snack.

We first tried the Chef’n PopTop Microwave Popcorn Popper a couple of years ago while doing research for our weekly column, 6 Clever Items to Simplify Your Life. Since then, it’s become one of the most popular items we’ve ever featured. And for good reason: It makes snacking healthier so simple.

RELATED: 3 Quick Ideas for Popcorn

All you have to do is toss kernels (we recommend Tiny But Mighty’s heirloom ones) into the heat-resistant (and BPA-free) bowl. Then fold in the flaps at the top and stick it in the microwave. Stand back and watch the flaps unfold as the kernels burst. In a little over two minutes, you’ll have 10 cups of fluffy popcorn—with no burnt kernels! Pull it out of the microwave using the convenient tabs at the top. Silicone doesn’t conduct heat, so you don’t even need to wait for it to cool down.

Transfer your popped corn into another bowl or eat it right from the tub (Score! Less dishes!) If you still want to add some butter, oil, or other yummy toppings? Go right ahead. Clean up is just as easy—just toss the whole bowl in the dishwasher once you’ve snacked to your heart’s content.

RELATED: The Best Romantic Movies of All Time

RELATED VIDEO: Food Hack: Make Bacon Fat Popcorn

It’s worth mentioning that sometimes a few rogue kernels escape out the top. Since they’re not cooked in oil, though, they’ll leave no greasy residue on the inside of your microwave. Just pick them up and throw them in the trash.

And, perhaps the ultimate bonus, this handy kitchen tool pays for itself in only a few uses. Kernels are much cheaper than microwave bags.

To buy: Chef’n PopTop Microwave Popcorn Popper, $18; amazon.com.

Former Pennsylvania Officer Pleads Guilty to Death of Pregnant Wife After Claiming He Shot Her by Accident

Former Pennsylvania Officer Pleads Guilty to Death of Pregnant Wife After Claiming He Shot Her by Accident

by Maria Pasquini @ PEOPLE.com

A former Pennsylvania State Police Trooper has pled guilty to the deaths of his wife and unborn child in 2014, which he claimed was accidental.

Joseph Paul Miller pled guilty on Thursday to two counts of involuntary manslaughter for causing the deaths of his wife, JoAnna Miller, and the baby girl she was pregnant with at the time, while he was cleaning his gun, according to the Associated Press.

Miller’s wife was taken to the hospital in critical condition while she was given an emergency cesarean section, according to the Montgomery Colonial. She was given an emergency cesarean, but the 24-week-old baby and the mother died after surgery.

Miller, 36, faces a maximum of 5 to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced in the coming months, according to CBS Philadelphia.

• Want to keep up with the latest crime coverage? Click here to get breaking crime news, ongoing trial coverage and details of intriguing unsolved cases in the True Crime Newsletter.

Miller told investigators he had been taking apart a gun he owned in the family room to clean it when it discharged, according to the AP.

He initially said the gun was about 10 feet away from his wife when it accidentally went off, but he later revised that distance to about 2 feet away. Prosecutors, however, said ballistics and forensics tests showed the gun was only 3 to 6 inches from his wife’s head when it fired, and they charged him.

In a 911 call he said: “I, ah, was cleaning. I was about to clean my gun, and I didn’t realize there was a round … I shot my wife.” Miller’s children can also be heard in the background of the call, reports CBS Philadelphia.

• PEOPLE’s special edition True Crime Stories: 35 Real Cases That Inspired the Show Law & Order is on sale now.

Miller’s defense attorney Tim Woodward told the AP that Miller had resigned from the state police.

Miller remains out on bail and maintains custody of the couple’s two other children while he waits to be sentenced in Montgomery County.

Content is Still King in 2017 – Here’s Why

by Vicky McGowan @ 1SEO.com Digital Agency | www.1seo.com

Let’s take a stroll down memory lane, back to 1996, when Microsoft mogul Bill Gates stated that content on the web undoubtedly plays a critical role. Fast forward to 2017, according to the Content Marketing Institute a whopping 89% of B2B marketers and 86% of B2C marketers are utilizing content marketing as their main strategy. It has even surpassed the use of traditional tactics, including search engine

Demi Lovato Says ‘I Love Who I Love’ but Won’t Address Speculation About Her Sexuality

Demi Lovato Says ‘I Love Who I Love’ but Won’t Address Speculation About Her Sexuality

by Maria Pasquini @ PEOPLE.com

While Demi Lovato has said her song “Cool for the Summer” is about bi-curiosity, she continues to resist putting a label on her own sexuality.

“I love who I love,” Lovato, 25, told Pride Source in an interview published on Friday. But when asked if she’d like to speak directly about her sexuality, Lovato replied, “Thank you for the opportunity, but I think I’m gonna pass.“

“I think we live in a world today where no matter what you do, you’re doing something wrong, whether it’s cultural appropriation or it’s being insensitive to certain groups of people,” Lovato said when talking about “Cool for the Summer.”

When asked whether there was a specific reason why she chose not to speak openly about her sexuality the singer replied, “I just feel like everyone’s always looking for a headline and they always want their magazine or TV show or whatever to be the one to break what my sexuality is.”

“I feel like it’s irrelevant to what my music is all about. I stand up for the things that I believe in and the things that I’m passionate about, but I like to keep my personal life as private as possible when it comes to dating and sexuality and all that stuff just because it has nothing to do with my music,” Lovato continued.

“Unfortunately, we live in a world where everyone is trying to get that soundbite and I am purposefully not giving the soundbite. Watch my documentary,” the singer added. “ coming out on October 12 [on YouTube called Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated) and I answer a lot of questions.”

Asked whether those questions would have anything to do about her sexuality, Lovato replied, “Yeah, some about that. Because if ever I want to talk about it, I want it to be on my own terms.

After the singer was spotted holding hands with L.A.-based deejay Lauren Abedini during a recent trip to Disneyland, buzz about her sexuality reached an all-time high on social media over the last week. Lovato declined to comment on the possible relationship at a private Spotify event for her fans on Friday night to PEOPLE, saying “I’m not going to comment on that. Thank you.”

Rob Kardashian Is Doing ‘Okay’ After Custody Agreement with Blac Chyna: Dream ‘Is His Focus,’ Source

Rob Kardashian Is Doing ‘Okay’ After Custody Agreement with Blac Chyna: Dream ‘Is His Focus,’ Source

by Maria Pasquini @ PEOPLE.com

On Friday, Rob Kardashian and his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna agreed to share joint custody of their 10-month-old daughter Dream, and Kardashian is ready to focus his efforts on raising his only child

“Rob is okay. Ultimately, he mostly cared about hashing out a custody agreement for Dream. He loves his baby girl and she is his focus,” a source tells PEOPLE.

“Rob and Chyna have other issues they need to figure out, but this is a good start. Rob knows it was a huge mistake to get involved with Chyna, but baby Dream is his world. She is the most special gift,” says the source.

“Rob’s family keeps being supportive. There is no more, ‘What did we tell you?’ attitude. They just want Rob to move on,” says the source. “They all love baby Dream. They want Rob and Chyna to get along, because it benefits Dream.”

RELATED VIDEO: She’s a Kardashian All Right! Insider Says Rob Loves That Baby Dream Is His ‘Spitting Image’

On Saturday, the 3o-year-old shared an adorable picture of Dream on Twitter calling her, “my twin.”

“Chyna is pleased that Rob has agreed to peacefully coparent Dream with her, as she has been requesting all along,” Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, told PEOPLE on Friday. “Because Rob agreed to continue to stay away from Chyna and not contact her, Chyna has agreed to take the domestic abuse hearing scheduled for Monday, Sept. 18, off calendar. She will always have the right to go back into court if further incidents of domestic abuse occur.”

Still, Bloom says “this agreement does not resolve all disputes between Chyna and Rob.”

Kardashian and Chyna’s roller-coaster relationship began in January 2016, when the two went public with their romance. The pairing initially raised eyebrows due to Chyna’s complicated history with the Kardashian-Jenner family: She shares a son with Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner‘s now-former boyfriend Tyga and is best friends with Amber Rose, an ex of Kanye West, who is now married to Kim Kardashian West. (Chyna also used to be close to Kardashian West when she was dating Tyga but the friendship fizzled out when Jenner started dating the rapper.)

Kardashian and Chyna feuded on social media throughout their relationship, but the tension reached its peak on July 5 when Kardashian repeatedly shared graphic and expletive-ridden content about his ex on Instagram and Twitter — including three naked photos — while accusing her of drug use, alcohol abuse and infidelity.

Be it through posters or advertisements on TV, newspapers or through word of mouth through friends or relatives. This is all effective for a small local business. However, as the scope of business begins to expand, more sophisticated and advanced methods of advertising have to be deployed. In the world of internet, digital marketing is of utmost importance to reach your prospective customers. And the first step to make your presence felt on the internet is by creating a web site. A website will need a web design that is a combination of stunning looks, speed, and user readability. What does web design constitute of? Web design is made up of the website structure, its navigation, user interface, SEO, content management and much more. Good web design indicators Looks: The web design should be appealing enough to attract visitors to go through your website. With so much data on the internet, users just scroll over the website in one quick look. If it is attractive enough, it must be containing value adding information is the logic followed by users. Miley Cyrus Is Already ‘Over’ Her New Album: ‘I Want To Figure Out What I Want to Do Next’

Miley Cyrus Is Already ‘Over’ Her New Album: ‘I Want To Figure Out What I Want to Do Next’

by Dave Quinn @ PEOPLE.com

Miley Cyrus may have just reinvented her sound, but she’s already looking forward to the next thing.

The 24-year-old “Malibu” singer sat down with BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge host Clara Amfo from the comfort of her colorful recording studio to talk about her new album Younger Now. And even though the modern country record doesn’t drop until Sept. 29, Cyrus says she’s focusing on what’s next.

“I’ve been holding on to it.” Cyrus said of her music. “I wrote ‘Malibu’ in June of last year and then put it out April/May this year. It’s time. I’ve been holding on to it for too long!”

“I’m already working on the next one. I’m already two songs deep on the next one,” she added. “I’m over this now. I want to figure out what I want to do next. Hopefully I can take some time — chill with the dogs, hand with the pigs a little bit more, take some time off. But just keep writing.”

Of course, that doesn’t mean Cyrus wants fans to overlook the new record — though she admits it might not get the mainstream success it deserves in today’s pop climate.

“I think right now when I listen to the radio, I don’t hear anything like my record,” she said. “And I hope the radio plays it. But there’s this saying that says everybody’s suffering is different,’ and I think everybody’s success is different too. I think what people find that is success to them may not be success to me.”

“I just want people to love the music and I want to love the music, first of all,” Cyrus continued. “I want to be really proud of it and then I hope my fans really love it and then I hope a new fan base really loves it. So I just hope everyone’s proud of it. I’m really happy. I’m stoked.”

Evolving is something Cyrus strives for.

“Naturally, people evolve and for me, music is necessary for a very different reason every year,” she said. “Every year we’re experiencing something new. The environment is crying out for us right now and for me, teaching my fans about responsibility is my no. 1 responsibility now. With Bangerz in 2013, it was freedom. The message is so different for where we’re at politically and socially. So I think that’s driven my music.”

RELATED VIDEO: Miley Cyrus Channels Her Inner Elvis, Releases New Single and Video for ‘Younger Now’

So where exactly will Cyrus be going next?

“I’ve been trying to make my music very hopeful in expressing how great this country’s potential is and how great it really is except for the minority, which is the haters,” she said. “If people can accept a new way of thinking, that will be what our country needs the most. And that’s what I want for my music. It’s a new way of thinking for myself also.”

Aside from the chat, Cyrus also performed on the show — singing her current singles, oldies like “See You Again” and “Party in the U.S.A,” and covering Roberta Flack’s classic “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face.”
